Teresa Brown Bricker

Teresa Brown Bricker, RN, MSN received her ADN from Western Kentucky University in 1974 and a BSN in 2002. She received her MSN as a nurse educator from WKU in 2014. Teresa joined Lindsey Wilson College in 2014.

Teresa Brown Bricker Her nursing practice experience includes 40 years in medical-surgical patient care, school nursing, home health nursing, infection control, risk management, quality improvement, and staff development. She currently works as the Director of Quality and Risk Management at the Russell County Hospital.

Ms. Bricker teaches various nursing classes and serves as a clinical instructor.

She is a member of the American Nurses' Association, the Kentucky Nurses' Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, the Kentucky Hospital Association, APIC, and the Kentucky Institute of Patient Safety and Quality. She is a certified CPR and First Aide Instructor with the American Heart Association.

Ms. Bricker's research activities are online learning for nursing education and staff development. She has participated with medical missions teams traveling to Honduras and Jamaica.

Ms. Bricker lives in Russell Springs with her husband. She enjoys exercising, fishing, reading, and traveling.
